Two multinationals with Canadian distribution operations in the grocery supply chain wished to explore the potential for joint distribution. Aureus Arcus was engaged along with another organization to act as a trusted third party to assist with the logistical and financial modelling of the joint network. The parties accepted the initial business case and proceeded to detailed planning, again with the assistance of Aureus Arcus.
Working with the IT leader for a large multinational developed a three year IT strategic plan supporting the people, processes and products of the organization. The plan was developed in conjunction with various business leaders including the CEO and regional IT leadership. The plan was accepted by the CEO and the Board.

Working with the owner and executive of an aircraft MRO company developed a three year IT strategic plan. One recommendation of the plan was to install an ERP system in support of financials, MRO operations and supply chain and a high level business case was included in the plan. The plan was accepted by the company, the ERP system was implemented and the business case was achieved.

Working with business leaders and regional IT leadership facilitated the development of a strategy to replace aging enterprise resource planning systems. The strategy was accepted by management and the Board of Directors and an implementation project is underway.
As General Manager of ERP Solutions for a large service provider led the sales solutioning team in response to a Joint Solutions RFP (JSRFP) issued by a provincial government for IT and business process outsourcing in HR Payroll. The JSRFP process was complex and intense involving multiple rounds of refinements over a very compressed time frame. The result was a ten year contract valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars. It was the single largest contract won by the company that year.
As VP IT planned, acquired and implemented an ERP systems for a national building products distribution company. The plan was part of an overall IT plan developed using a precursor to the Aureus Arcus methodology. The business case for the ERP was approved by the Board of Directors and JD Edwards was subsequently selected and implemented in all regions of the company.
